Shipping policy
Domo Drops offers made-to-order releases and remaining stock from earlier drops. Last Pieces are already made and in stock, with a delivery time of 2 days.
PRODUCTION TIME
Made-to-order items are produced after the drop window closes. Last Pieces are already made and do not require production. Production takes approximately 5–10 business days before your order is shipped.
SHIPPING TIME
Last Pieces: delivery in 2 days. For made-to-order items, once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free on orders of €50 or more. For orders below €50, shipping costs are shown at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
DELAYS
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Domo Drops is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk passes to you.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Domo Drops has no control over customs processing times or fees.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Domo Drops is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@domodrops.nl — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
