Refund policy

Domo Drops pieces are made to order — crafted once per order, never restocked. That means we only produce what’s actually wanted. Still, under EU law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, and we fully respect that.

That’s the legal side. Here’s our side: we want you to feel good about every purchase, so please check the size guide carefully before ordering — it really helps us avoid waste and unnecessary returns.

Your 14-Day Return Right

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you want to return it, for any reason.
After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

What You Can Return

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and original packaging should be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

How Returns Work

  1. Email us at info@domodrops.nl within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Wait for our reply with return instructions and address.
  3. Ship the item back within 14 days after your notification.

Once received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a bit longer to process it.

Defective or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, email info@domodrops.nl with photos as soon as possible.
We’ll repair, replace, or refund according to your preference and legal rights.

Not the Right Fit?

You can use your 14-day return right even if it’s “just” the wrong size or fit, as long as the item is unworn and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (if clearly marked as non-returnable at checkout)
  • Items returned worn, washed, or damaged by use
